friyou was born in a moment of presence.

From the simple impulse to create something real. Not as a concept. But as an expression of what is true within me.

Something honest. Something alive that cannot be forced.

And so, friyou became a space where creation and being are no longer separate.

The name comes from my nickname, frio and evolved into friyou – a reflection of my own journey and an invitation for you to connect with yours.

it is my way of sharing love, building a conscious community, and living my purpose: helping others reconnect with themselves.

It’s about creating something that lasts – both within and around us.
